What Does a Villa Fit-Out Package Cover?
One desk runs collection, tropical-grade packing, sea freight, customs coordination, delivery, assembly and staging — shown here for a typical three-bedroom villa.
Roughly 32–44 cbm packed — one 40ft container with headroom for protective crating, or a 20ft container plus an LCL top-up for smaller villas.

Why Time the Container to Your Handover Date?
Because both failure modes cost money.
Land the container too early and uncleared cargo accrues storage and demurrage fees at port, day by day. Land it too late and you are paying for an empty villa — or hotel nights — while the ship is still at sea.
We schedule backwards from the handover date your contractor gives us, then hold a buffer: if the build slips, cleared cargo moves into climate-controlled storage, sealed in moisture-barrier packing against Bali’s humidity until installation day.
Delivery crews stage from the Kuta–Tuban corridor in Badung, close to the harbour side and the Ngurah Rai cargo terminal, which keeps final-mile runs to Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud or Sanur inside a morning.

How Much Does a Villa Furniture Import Cost?
Freight is the predictable part; bea masuk, PPN and any PPnBM are assessed on CIF value by each item’s HS code, not quoted.
Indicative and subject to change; final duty is determined by Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Before you commit, our licensed customs partner prepares a dated duty-and-tax scenario. We never promise exemptions, fixed rates or guaranteed clearance, and never work with under-declared invoices — mis-declaration risks fines and confiscation.
