How Does Booking a Villa Fit-Out Work?
- Scope call. Share floor plans, a room-by-room list and supplier invoices. We confirm feasibility against your handover date within two working days.
- Route and cost plan. Our licensed customs partner pre-classifies HS codes and returns a dated, indicative freight-plus-tax scenario with a container plan.
- Collection and packing. Suppliers deliver to a consolidation point. Solid-wood pieces have SVLK or FSC timber-legality papers verified and fumigation or phytosanitary certificates booked; everything is wrapped in moisture-barrier film and packed into tropical-grade crates.
- Sailing and clearance. The broker files the entry under power of attorney; NPWP requirements are confirmed up front. Customs routes cargo through the green channel (document check) or red channel (physical inspection) at its own discretion — we plan buffer time for either.
- Handover-day delivery. A white-glove crew delivers, assembles, places every piece to the floor plan, hangs art and removes all packing debris in a single visit.
- Styling sign-off. A walk-through against the room list, a snag list if anything needs attention, and a follow-up visit within seven days.
