The import-concierge desk of Juara Holding Group. We coordinate furniture, vehicle, art and relocation imports for expats and villa owners — freight, customs clearance through vetted licensed partners, and white-glove delivery, through official channels only.

Who Is Behind Bali Luxury Import?

A desk, not a standalone company inventing its own history.

The desk is operated by Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group working from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. It exists for one narrow job: giving expats and villa owners a single English-speaking point of contact for everything that must cross the Indonesian border.

We are a concierge and coordinator. We do not own the goods we move, we are not a licensed customs brokerage, and we are not a licensed legal or tax adviser. The regulated work — customs filings under power of attorney, freight carriage, bonded handling — is executed by vetted licensed customs and freight partners we contract and supervise on your behalf.

What Does the Desk Do — and What Will It Never Do?

The same policy holds whether the cargo is one reading chair or a 40ft villa fit-out.

Routes & clearance

Plan air routes via Ngurah Rai cargo in Tuban, or sea routes via Jakarta and Surabaya with transhipment to Bali

Promise a duty exemption, a fixed rate or “guaranteed clearance” — final duty is determined by Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai

Every cost figure the desk issues carries a date and the label indicative, as of 2026, subject to change. A flat, guaranteed duty percentage from any provider is the warning sign it looks like.

Why Does Bali Need a Dedicated Import Desk?

Because Bali is not a normal destination port.

Cargo reaches the island through Ngurah Rai Airport cargo, or through Java ports — Jakarta or Surabaya — with onward transhipment, and both paths pass green-channel document review or red-channel physical inspection. The gateway choice alone can swing weeks of timeline, before tropical humidity molds and warps unprotected furniture, art and textiles.

Demand is also compounding. Per research dated 22 July 2026, Bali property sales grew 6.4% year on year in 2024 on foreign investment, and by early 2026 the island had shifted toward long-stay living, led by expat families and remote professionals on KITAS and Second Home visa pathways.

More households settling long term means more containers of real life arriving: beds, pianos, cars, art collections. That gap is why this desk exists.
