What Does a Door to Door Import Service Cover?
Four legs under one desk, so nothing falls between mover, shipping line and broker.
Compliance sits inside the service: SVLK or FSC paperwork for wood, fumigation or phytosanitary certificates where needed, IMEI registration for phones and cellular electronics. Bea masuk, PPN and any PPnBM are assessed on CIF value, and an NPWP can be required — all flagged at quote stage, not at the port.

How Long Does Door to Door Shipping to Bali Take?
Air lands directly at Ngurah Rai cargo in Tuban; sea freight arrives through Jakarta or Surabaya, then tranships to Bali.
Indicative as of July 2026 and subject to change: pickup to villa placement on a green-channel (document check) run. A red-channel physical inspection, incomplete paperwork or peak-season congestion extends them, and uncleared cargo accrues storage and demurrage at port.

How Does Villa Delivery Work in Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak and Sanur?
The last kilometre is where Bali deliveries fail, so we survey access before booking freight.
- 01 Canggu and Berawa: narrow lanes, low cables — cross-dock in Badung onto 4–6 m trucks, hand-carry crews for the final stretch
- 02 Ubud: ridge roads and stair access to riverside villas — early-morning runs, crews sized for long carries
- 03 Seminyak and Petitenget: wider roads, tight one-way timing — arrivals slotted around traffic windows
- 04 Sanur: the easiest access of the four, a frequent first stop for relocating families
Villa mid-renovation? Goods wait in climate-controlled storage, not a bare warehouse — in this humidity, mould and warping are the default for unprotected furniture, art and textiles.

What Does a Door to Door Import to Bali Cost?
No honest desk publishes one flat price, because duties are assessed per shipment.
A working rule as of July 2026: LCL is priced per cubic metre and suits loads under roughly 12–15 cbm; beyond that a 20ft container usually wins per item, and a 40ft covers full villa fit-outs. Air is substantially costlier — quoted for essentials and fragile pieces, not sofas. We never under-declare: mis-declaration risks fines and confiscation.

How Does Booking Work?
- 01 Scope Send inventory, photos and origin address; a dated quote typically within two working days.
- 02 Confirm Approve scope, sign the concierge agreement, grant power of attorney to the licensed broker.
- 03 Collect & pack Origin partners wrap, crate to tropical grade and photograph everything for the condition record.
- 04 Sail or fly Milestone updates: loaded, departed, transhipped, arrived.
- 05 Clear The broker lodges the declaration; assessed duties paid at actuals against official receipts.
- 06 Deliver Goods placed room by room, crating removed, closed with a signed delivery report.
