Bali Luxury Import is the import-concierge desk of Juara Holding Group, operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. We coordinate; regulated work is executed by vetted licensed customs and freight partners, and we are not a licensed customs, legal or tax adviser. No concierge can promise duty exemptions or guaranteed clearance.

Three steps, and you approve costs before anything moves.

- 02 Route plan & dated estimate Route, HS classification, dated duty estimate, timeline and fixed fee. Nothing ships until you sign.
- 03 Clearance & villa delivery Broker files under power of attorney; milestone updates through to white-glove placement.

What Does a Concierge Engagement Cost?
Indicative as of July 2026, quoted before work begins, excluding freight, insurance, port charges, bea masuk, PPN and PPnBM.
All figures are confirmed in writing per project. Duty, PPN and PPnBM are billed at whatever Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai actually assesses — the desk estimates, the state decides.

Why Does Bali Need a Dedicated Import Desk Now?
Because the island’s residents changed.
Bali property sales grew 6.4% year-on-year in 2024 on foreign investment, and by early 2026 the island had shifted toward long-stay expat families and remote professionals on KITAS and Second Home visas. They furnish real homes — and with rules for foreigners tightening, clean official-channel importing is worth more, not less.
Tropical humidity brings real mould and warping risk to furniture, art and textiles. Moisture-barrier packing and tropical-grade crating at origin, with climate-controlled storage in Bali, protect pieces no insurance payout can replace.

Air Cargo or Sea Container: Which Route Fits?
Air is faster but substantially costlier, so many clients split shipments: fragile art flies, bulk furniture sails.
A red-channel inspection adds days a green-channel check does not, and uncleared cargo accrues storage and demurrage at port — so the desk keeps paperwork clean and inspections resolve fast.
