Disclaimer

All duty, tax and cost figures published on baliluxuryimport.com are indicative estimates, dated at publication and subject to change without notice. Final import duty, VAT (PPN) and luxury sales tax (PPnBM) are determined solely by Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Nothing on this site is customs, legal, tax or financial advice — verify current regulations before you ship.

What Does This Disclaimer Cover?

This page governs your use of baliluxuryimport.com, the website of Bali Luxury Import, the import-concierge desk of Juara Holding Group. It applies to every guide, estimate, table and cost illustration on the site, and to every quotation we prepare through WhatsApp at +62 811-3941-4563, by email at bd@juaraholding.com, or through the enquiry form on this site.

By reading our content or requesting a quote, you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not rely on the material published here. This disclaimer was last reviewed on 24 July 2026 and may be updated without prior notice; the version published on this page always prevails over any copy or cached version.

Are the Cost Figures on This Site Official?

No. Every duty, tax, freight and handling figure on this site is an indicative estimate, dated at publication, as of 2026 and subject to change. Indonesian import charges — import duty (bea masuk), VAT (PPN) and luxury sales tax (PPnBM) — are assessed on the CIF value of your goods (cost plus insurance plus freight) according to HS-code classification. Only Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai determines the final amount payable, and it does so at the time your shipment is actually processed, not when a web page was written.

We never promise duty exemptions, fixed rates or guaranteed clearance, and we will not assist with under-invoicing or any other form of mis-declaration. Indonesian customs penalties for mis-declaration can include fines and confiscation of goods. Every shipment we coordinate moves through the official channel only.

Is Anything Here Customs, Legal, Tax or Financial Advice?

No. Bali Luxury Import content is general information for expats, villa owners and relocating families considering imports into Bali. It is not customs advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice or a recommendation tailored to your situation. Customs brokerage on shipments we coordinate is performed by vetted licensed partners operating under power of attorney; Bali Luxury Import itself is not a licensed customs broker, law firm, tax consultant or financial adviser.

Regulations change quickly. Requirements such as SVLK or FSC timber-legality paperwork for wood furniture, fumigation and phytosanitary certificates, IMEI registration for phones and cellular electronics, and NPWP tax-number obligations were accurate when the relevant pages were written, but you should verify each of them against official Indonesian sources or with a licensed professional before shipping.

Who Publishes This Website?

Bali Luxury Import is published by Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. The brand acts as an import concierge: we coordinate quotations, packing, freight and customs clearance through vetted licensed customs and freight partners, and we accompany your goods door-to-door. We are a coordinator and single point of contact — not a customs authority, not a carrier, and not the owner of port or warehouse infrastructure in Bali or Java.

What Are the Limits of Our Liability?

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Juara Holding Group accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on the general information published on this site. When you engage us for a shipment, the following terms apply unless a signed written agreement states otherwise:

  • Quotations are valid only for the period stated on them and are always subject to final customs assessment.
  • Physical carriage, cargo insurance and customs brokerage are performed by third-party licensed partners under their own terms and liability regimes.
  • Customs routing cannot be guaranteed by anyone: Indonesian customs may direct any shipment to the red channel for physical inspection, which extends timelines beyond published ranges.
  • Storage and demurrage fees that accrue at port while cargo awaits clearance are payable by the shipper.
  • We recommend cargo insurance on every shipment; uninsured goods travel at the owner’s risk.
  • Bali’s tropical humidity creates mold and warping risk for furniture, art and textiles. We advise moisture-barrier packing, tropical-grade crating and climate-controlled storage; environmental damage to goods packed against our written advice is not our responsibility.

Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Indonesian law.

How Is Your Personal Data Protected?

Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP), governs how we collect and process personal data. When you contact us through the enquiry form, we collect only what we need to prepare your quotation: your name, email address, destination, cargo description and message. WhatsApp messages to +62 811-3941-4563 and emails to bd@juaraholding.com go to the business-development desk of Juara Holding Group and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Under UU PDP you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to further processing at any time using the same contact routes. For visitors writing to us from the European Union or EEA, we are aware of the GDPR and apply the same principles — data minimisation, purpose limitation, and honoring access and erasure requests — to your enquiries, even though our primary legal framework is Indonesian law. Our full data-handling practices are set out in the privacy policy on this site.

What Should You Verify Before Shipping?

Before you commit budget to an import into Bali, check the current position on each of these points with official sources or your licensed adviser:

  1. The current HS-code classification of your goods and the duty, PPN and PPnBM treatment that follows from it.
  2. Documentary requirements — timber-legality paperwork (SVLK or FSC) and fumigation or phytosanitary certificates for wood items, IMEI registration for phones and cellular electronics.
  3. Whether an NPWP tax number is required for your import.
  4. Visa and residency rules affecting relocation goods; as of early 2026, rules for foreigners in Indonesia were tightening.
  5. Current storage and demurrage tariffs at your entry point — Ngurah Rai Airport cargo, or Java ports (Jakarta, Surabaya) with onward transhipment to Bali.

How Can You Reach Us?
