Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern every engagement with Bali Luxury Import, the import-concierge desk of Juara Holding Group. We coordinate furniture, vehicle, art and relocation shipments into Bali through licensed third-party customs brokers and freight partners. We are not a customs authority, and every quote remains indicative until confirmed in writing.

Last updated: 24 July 2026. By requesting a quote, sending an enquiry through WhatsApp at +62 811-3941-4563, emailing bd@juaraholding.com, or submitting the enquiry form on baliluxuryimport.com, you accept the terms below.

Who Provides These Services?

Bali Luxury Import is operated by Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. We act as an import concierge and coordination desk. We are not a licensed customs broker, freight forwarder, insurer, legal adviser or tax adviser. Customs brokerage, freight carriage, insurance and other regulated services are performed by vetted, licensed third-party partners whom we coordinate on your behalf.

Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean the Bali Luxury Import desk of Juara Holding Group. “You” means the person or company instructing us.

What Services Do These Terms Cover?

These terms apply to concierge coordination services, including:

  • Feasibility reviews for furniture, vehicles, art and household or relocation goods entering Bali
  • Coordination of quotes for sea freight (20ft or 40ft containers, FCL or LCL) and air freight through partner forwarders
  • Coordination of customs clearance by licensed brokers acting under your power of attorney
  • Door-to-door delivery scheduling to Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, Sanur and other Bali addresses
  • Arrangement of moisture-barrier packing, tropical-grade crating and climate-controlled storage through partners

Any service not listed in your written confirmation is out of scope.

How Do Quotes and Estimates Work?

All figures we share — freight rates, brokerage fees, packing costs and duty or tax estimates — are indicative as of 2026 and subject to change until confirmed in a written quotation. Import duty (bea masuk), VAT (PPN) and luxury sales tax (PPnBM) are assessed on the CIF value (cost plus insurance plus freight) of your goods according to their HS-code classification.

Final duty and tax amounts are determined solely by Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai, Indonesia’s customs authority. No estimate from us or our partners is a ruling, and no estimate binds the authorities.

Who Decides Customs Outcomes?

Indonesian authorities do — never us. Shipments entering through Ngurah Rai Airport cargo or via Java ports such as Jakarta and Surabaya are routed by customs into a red channel (physical inspection) or a green channel (document-only review) at the authorities’ discretion. We do not and cannot promise a channel, a clearance date, an exemption, a fixed duty rate or any customs outcome.

We work through official channels only. We will not assist with under-invoicing or any form of mis-declaration; Indonesian customs penalties for mis-declaration can include fines and confiscation of goods. If you ask us to under-declare a value, we will decline and may end the engagement.

What Are Your Responsibilities?

You agree to:

  1. Provide truthful, complete information — commercial invoices, packing lists and declared values that reflect what you actually paid
  2. Secure required documentation with our guidance, before shipment wherever possible
  3. Grant a power of attorney to the licensed customs broker handling your clearance
  4. Pay invoices, third-party charges and government assessments when due
  5. Receive or collect cargo promptly once cleared

Common documentation duties, as of 2026:

Cargo typePaperwork typically required
Wood furnitureTimber-legality papers (SVLK or FSC); fumigation or phytosanitary certificates may apply
Phones and cellular electronicsIMEI registration in Indonesia
Household and personal effectsDetailed inventory plus passport and stay-permit copies
Higher-value or commercial importsNPWP tax number where required

Uncleared cargo accrues storage and demurrage fees at the port or airport. Those fees are for your account, including where the delay results from missing documents, unpaid assessments or an authority inspection.

How Are Payments and Cancellations Handled?

Our concierge fee is stated in your written quotation. Third-party charges — freight, brokerage, duty, PPN, PPnBM, storage and insurance — are passed through and payable as invoiced. Government assessments must be paid in full before goods are released; no cargo moves against unpaid duty.

You may cancel before we confirm bookings with partners; work already performed and any non-refundable partner charges remain payable. Cancellations after booking confirmation follow the relevant partner’s own terms, which we will share on request.

How Is Liability Limited?

To the fullest extent Indonesian law permits, our liability for any claim arising from a coordinated shipment is limited to the concierge fee you paid us for that shipment. We are not liable for:

  • Decisions of Indonesian authorities, including duty assessments, inspections, holds, reclassification or refusal of entry
  • Acts or omissions of carriers, brokers and other third parties, which are governed by their own terms and liability regimes
  • Delay, loss or damage caused by force majeure, including weather, port congestion or regulatory change
  • Mold, warping or humidity damage where you decline recommended moisture-barrier packing, tropical-grade crating or climate-controlled storage — Bali’s tropical humidity is a documented risk to furniture, art and textiles
  • Losses flowing from inaccurate or incomplete information you supplied

Cargo insurance is strongly recommended and can be arranged through partners. Claims against us must be notified in writing to bd@juaraholding.com within 14 days of delivery or of the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law.

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?

We process personal data under Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or the site enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, destination, cargo description and message — and use them to prepare quotes, coordinate licensed partners and respond to you. We share data with partners only as needed for your shipment, and we do not sell it.

For visitors contacting us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we apply GDPR-aware handling: we process your data on the basis of your enquiry, keep it no longer than needed, and honour requests for access, correction or deletion. Send data requests to bd@juaraholding.com; we aim to respond within 30 days.

Which Law Governs These Terms?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussion (musyawarah). If that fails, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

Can These Terms Change?

Yes. We may update these terms as regulations, partner arrangements or our services change. The version published on baliluxuryimport.com, with its last-updated date, applies to new engagements from that date. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be confirmed with you in writing.
