This Bali Luxury Import privacy policy explains what personal data baliluxuryimport.com collects through its quote form, WhatsApp line and email, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. We collect data for one reason only — preparing import quotes and delivering concierge services — and we never sell it.
Last updated: 24 July 2026.
Who Operates This Website?
Baliluxuryimport.com is the import-concierge desk of Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Juara Holding Group acting as the data controller for this website.
We coordinate vetted licensed customs and freight partners on your behalf; we are not ourselves a licensed customs, legal or tax adviser. For any privacy question or request, write to bd@juaraholding.com or message WhatsApp +62 811-3941-4563.
What Personal Data Do We Collect?
We collect the minimum needed to answer your enquiry and, if you engage us, to coordinate your shipment. This site has no user accounts, no login system and no payment checkout, so we hold no passwords and no card data.
| Channel | Data collected | When |
|---|---|---|
| Quote form (fields csh_qf, csh_name, csh_email, csh_dest, csh_cargo, csh_msg) | Your name, email address, delivery destination in Bali or elsewhere in Indonesia, cargo description and message text | When you submit the form |
| WhatsApp (+62 811-3941-4563) | Your phone number, display name, message content, plus any photos or documents you choose to send | When you message us |
| Email (bd@juaraholding.com) | Your email address, message content and attachments | When you email us |
| Site analytics | Aggregated visit data: pages viewed, approximate region, device type | While you browse |
We never ask for passport numbers, NPWP tax numbers, bank details or payment card data through this website. If a shipment later requires customs documents, our team requests them through the direct channel you prefer, explains why each document is needed, and shares them only with the licensed customs broker acting under your power of attorney.
Why Do We Process Your Data?
We use your data for four purposes and nothing else:
- Quotations — preparing indicative import cost estimates for your furniture, vehicle, art or relocation cargo. All figures we quote are indicative, dated and subject to change; final duty is determined by Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai.
- Service delivery — coordinating door-to-door shipments to Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, Sanur and the rest of Bali with vetted licensed customs and freight partners once you engage us.
- Communication — replying to your questions by WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Legal compliance — keeping records where Indonesian law requires it, such as customs and tax documentation tied to a completed shipment.
We do not run automated profiling on enquiries, and we do not add quote requesters to marketing broadcast lists.
What Is Our Legal Basis Under Indonesian Law?
Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 (UU PDP), governs personal data processing in Indonesia. Under UU PDP we rely on three bases:
- Consent — you choose to send us your details through the form, WhatsApp or email.
- Contract performance — processing needed to prepare the quote or deliver the service you asked for.
- Legal obligation — record-keeping that Indonesian customs and tax regulations require for completed imports.
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to bd@juaraholding.com. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already happened lawfully, and some records connected to a cleared shipment must stay in our files for the statutory period shown below.
Do We Sell or Share Your Data?
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone. Data leaves our hands in only three situations:
- Vetted licensed partners. Customs brokers, freight forwarders, insurers and delivery crews receive the minimum details needed to move your specific cargo. A broker clearing your import acts under your power of attorney, as Indonesian customs brokerage requires.
- Service providers. The systems that host our email, process the csh quote form and run WhatsApp Business handle message data on our behalf under their own security terms.
- Lawful demand. If Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai or another Indonesian authority lawfully requires shipment records, we comply.
Every partner receives data for a defined task only and may not reuse it for its own marketing.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
| Data type | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Quote enquiries that never become shipments | Deleted or anonymised within 24 months of last contact |
| WhatsApp and email threads for active clients | Duration of the engagement plus 24 months |
| Customs and shipment records for completed imports | Ten years, in line with Indonesian tax and customs record-keeping practice (as of 2026, subject to change) |
| Aggregated analytics | Kept indefinitely; contains no personal identifiers |
When a retention period ends, we delete the data or strip out anything that identifies you.
What Are Your Rights?
UU PDP gives you enforceable rights over your personal data. You can:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Correct — have inaccurate or outdated details fixed.
- Delete — ask us to erase your data, subject to the statutory retention duties above.
- Withdraw consent — stop future processing that rests on consent.
- Object — challenge processing you believe goes beyond the purposes in this policy.
- Complain — raise the matter with the Indonesian data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.
To exercise any right, email bd@juaraholding.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us which channel you used to contact us. We confirm receipt within three working days and resolve most requests within 30 days.
What If You Are Contacting Us From the EU or UK?
Many of our clients are relocating households from Europe to long-stay life in Bali. If you write to us from the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR or UK GDPR may apply to your data before it reaches us. Two things follow from that:
First, sending us an enquiry means your data is processed in Indonesia, a country the EU has not issued an adequacy decision for. We limit that transfer to what your quote requires and apply the same safeguards described in this policy.
Second, we honour GDPR-style requests — access, correction, erasure and portability — through the same address, bd@juaraholding.com, on the same 30-day timeline, regardless of where you write from.
Do We Use Cookies?
Sparingly. This site uses only essential cookies needed for the pages to function and privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. We run no advertising trackers, no cross-site retargeting pixels and no social-media tracking scripts. Clicking our WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp under Meta’s own privacy terms, which we do not control.
How Do You Request Removal of Your Data?
Three steps:
- Email bd@juaraholding.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or message +62 811-3941-4563.
- Tell us the name, email address or phone number you used, and which channel — form, WhatsApp or email.
- We confirm within three working days, then delete everything not covered by a statutory customs or tax retention duty and tell you exactly what, if anything, must remain and until when.
Will This Policy Change?
Yes, when the law or our services change. UU PDP enforcement practice was still maturing as of 2026, so updates are likely. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and active clients are told directly about any material change before it takes effect.
How Do You Contact Us?
