Founder & Managing Director
Credentials: MBA, International Business, National University of Singapore; 25+ years in Indonesian Logistics and Trade.
Bio: Budi is the visionary behind Juara Holding Group’s venture into artisan exports. Having spent decades navigating the complexities of Indonesian supply chains, he saw the immense potential to connect Bali’s master craftspeople with a global B2B audience. Budi’s leadership ensures that Bali Luxury Import operates with strategic precision, financial integrity, and a long-term vision for sustainable growth. He is passionate about leveraging modern business practices to preserve and promote Indonesia’s cultural heritage.
Ayu Lestari
Head of Sourcing & Artisan Relations
Credentials: B.A. in Cultural Anthropology, Universitas Gadjah Mada; Certified Fair Trade Practitioner.
Bio: Ayu is the heart of our operation. Born into a family of woodcarvers in the Gianyar regency, she possesses an innate understanding of the artisan world. She speaks fluent Balinese, Javanese, and Indonesian, allowing her to build deep, trust-based relationships with our workshop partners. Ayu leads our on-the-ground team in vetting new artisans, ensuring ethical production standards, and translating client needs into actionable plans for our craftspeople. Her work is guided by our strict vetting standards.
David Chen
Logistics & Export Compliance Manager
Credentials: Certified International Trade Professional (CITP); Expert in Indonesian Customs (Bea Cukai) regulations.
Bio: David is the master of our global logistics network. With over 15 years of experience managing freight forwarding and export compliance out of Jakarta and Bali, he is an expert in the intricacies of international shipping. David ensures every shipment, whether air freight via Garuda Cargo or sea freight from the Port of Tanjung Benoa, is fully compliant with Indonesian export law and the import regulations of the destination country. He manages all critical documentation, from the SVLK legality certificates for timber to the final Bill of Lading, guaranteeing a smooth journey from workshop to client warehouse.
Siti Rahayu
Head of Quality Assurance
Credentials: B.Sc. in Materials Science & Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB); Certified Quality Control Inspector.
Bio: Nothing leaves our facility without Siti’s approval. She designed and implemented our proprietary multi-point quality assurance protocol. Siti and her team are experts in identifying the nuances of material quality—from the grain density of Grade-A teak to the purity of silver used in filigree work. She oversees material testing, dimensional accuracy checks, finishing consistency, and the structural integrity of every piece of furniture. Her meticulous approach is the reason we can confidently stand behind the quality of every product we export.
Michael Carter

Bio: Michael is the primary point of contact for our international clientele. Having worked in luxury hospitality procurement in both Europe and Asia, he understands the exacting standards of the B2B luxury market.
