- Legal Entity: Bali Luxury Import is a division of PT Juara Holding Group, a legally registered Perseroan Terbatas (Limited Liability Company) in the Republic of Indonesia.
- Business Identification Number (NIB): We are registered through Indonesia’s Online Single Submission (OSS) system, holding a valid NIB which serves as our primary business license.
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer and are fully compliant with all regulations set by the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (Directorate General of Taxes).
- Export License (Angka Pengenal Ekspor – APE): We hold all necessary licenses from the Ministry of Trade to legally export furniture, handicrafts, and other goods.
- Employee Welfare: All our employees are registered with BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial) for health and employment insurance, as required by law.
Product Safety & Material Certification

- SVLK (Timber Legality Verification System): This is the cornerstone of our wood product compliance. Every shipment containing wood is accompanied by a V-Legal Document, certifying that the timber is sourced from legal, sustainably managed forests, in accordance with regulations from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. This is crucial for import into the EU, Australia, and the USA.
- ISPM 15 Fumigation: All wood packaging materials (crates, pallets) are heat-treated or fumigated in compliance with International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) to prevent the international transport of pests. A stamped certificate is provided with every shipment.
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS): For any products involving chemicals, stains, or finishes, we can provide MSDS upon client request to ensure compliance with international standards like REACH or RoHS.
Logistics & Shipping Compliance
